PVPCApp displays real-time electricity prices in the regulated market (PVPC) and helps you plan your electricity consumption in advance.

DESCRIPTION:

• The first three tabs show the prices for the current day, the previous day, and the next day; by hours, using colors and with an interactive graph for easy visualization.
• Each day's prices are available, unless there is a delay from the electricity operator, at 8:30 p.m. of the previous day. If not disabled in the settings, the app will notify you daily through a notification of the availability of the next day's prices.
• The fourth tab (Evolution) displays the minimum, average, and maximum prices of the last 30 days and the average price of the last 12 months.
• We can also view daily energy prices for self-consumption surpluses by entering the app's settings dropdown.
• Lastly, also through the settings dropdown, there are prices for exceeding the gas cap that is widely discussed. These prices are already included in the app's displayed prices for the regulated market, but are added as a separate concept in invoices for contracts in the free market signed or renewed as of April 26th (RD Law 10/2022). Therefore, if you are in the free market, you will need to add this concept to the kilowatt-hour price your supplier has offered you. There are already some free market rates that include this in their kilowatt-hour price.

EXTRA FEATURES:

• Activation of alarms that will display a notification at the selected time. Simply click on the gray bell icon next to each hourly segment.
• Two widget sizes that you can add to your home screen to see the current energy price, daily maximum, minimum, and average at all times.
• Appliance cost calculator. By clicking on each hourly segment, a section unfolds where you can select an appliance and how long it will be running to obtain its cost in euros. The calculation considers the price of the hour it turns on and subsequent hours if it exceeds the operating time. You can customize the list of appliances by adding, removing, or modifying existing ones using the gear icon on the right side of the selection dropdown.

Try to schedule high-consumption appliance usage during off-peak hours to reduce your monthly bill.
